Future Fins
Never Satisfied with the status quo

Mission
Future Fins was created to speed the manufacturing process of surfboards by having a simple install system before glassing along with providing a box capable of handling the load of powerful fins and allowing the entire length of the base of the fin to attach securely in the board.
Company Mission Statement: "To enhance the wave riding experience through the development and introduction of technology products".
Futures background is routed in product development and engineering. Started by Engineers that surf, we are never satisfied with the status quo. New developments are always being worked on.
Revolutionary thinking has always been behind leaps of progress - the larger the scale, the larger the culture, the larger the paradigm shifts that result. Future Fins is a company based on revolutionary thinking. A culture of experimentation, innovation and out-of-the-box thinking is combined with a sound base of technology, science and "under the feet research."
Development of the technology and the introduction of RTM fin to the fin market in 2000. It is now a standard in all light weight aftermarket fins. Through this development introduction of engineered flex, the Black Tips and later Black Stix were created.
Example of foil / material development: Development of the tow fin - laird leads into the development of the Vector, Vector 2, which is now commonplace in the industry and other fin companies have followed suit and validated the technology.
Expanding on vector lift fins and creating vector series 3/2, 3/2/1, and scimitar is leading us in the direction of the Prop soon to be released 2009
Our crew surfs. The designers, the engineers, the marketing department and the shipping crew all surf. We can all tell when a fin is right or not. After the science and technology have been put in place, the materials and chemistry explored, after our international pro team tells us the fins work, then we try them out. And if we agree, only then will be bring them to you to ride.
